By combining a deep understanding of the French AEC industry, culture, and language with Bluebeam’s global frameworks, the manager ensures effective positioning in a growing market while serving as a subject matter expert and voice of the region back to the business.About the rolePartner with the enterprise, SMB and channel sales teams to understand the target industries and develop the marketing strategy designed to support and generate pipeline and accelerate the sales processDevelop creative, customized programs to drive demand in France, using a multi-channel, integrated marketing approach; including email, direct mail, display, social, regional events, and account-based marketingIdentify, create, organize and manage field events including tradeshows, hosted events and conferences and accompanying sales on reseller and customer office/jobsite visits as necessaryCoordinate and manage external agencies and vendors across creative, PR, media, and event management to ensure high-quality, localized execution that aligns with Bluebeam’s brand and regional goalsTrack and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs utilizing marketing technology systems and toolsManage the regional marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, and processing invoices, ensuring accurate allocation of spend and alignment to business prioritiesServe as the liaison between the local sales team and the global marketing team to ensure lead, conversion and retention goals for the region are metLead special projects on behalf of the global marketing team, as neededAbout youBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fieldProficient in French and EnglishProven success in collaborating with sales teams to develop and execute programs that had a quantifiable impact on business growthExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at every levelExceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detailAbility to find creative solutions to challenges and use data to drive decisionsProven ability to maximize reach by leveraging multiple marketing channels and repurposing assets and deliverables for extended useProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with project tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.Comfortable learning new technology and adopting processes.
