OverviewMarketing Industry Principal – USInfosys is seeking an Industry Principal Consultant with extensive experience in Digital Marketing. The role is a strategic, results‑oriented Marketing Consultant – Trusted Advisor who will guide clients with expert strategic counsel and hands‑on support to achieve business objectives through impactful digital marketing. You will build long‑term relationships with clients and act as an extension of their marketing teams.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 18 years of experience in Information Technology12+ years of experience in Digital MarketingResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Partnerships: Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Understand their business needs, market dynamics, and goals to develop tailored digital marketing solutions.Business & Marketing Alignment: Bridge the gap between client business objectives and digital marketing strategies. Develop marketing plans that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer engagement.Comprehensive Digital Marketing Expertise: Offer in‑depth knowledge across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, display advertising, and more.Data‑Driven Insights & Optimization: Leverage analytics and data insights to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize digital marketing strategies.Technology & Platform Selection: Advise clients on the selection and implementation of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Innovation & Trend Forecasting: Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and strategies to enhance client campaigns.Client Success & Communication: Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive communication, clear reporting, and insightful recommendations. Maintain open and transparent communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and build long‑term trust.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThe job may entail sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
