This role is based at our HQ in Aberdeen and offers hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that delivers intelligent software and services to high-risk industries and contribute to shaping a bold, future-focused brand. Carrying out competitor and market research to support campaign strategy, content planning, and SEO positioning Assisting with event logistics such as venue bookings, delegate communications, and prep packs Monitoring industry news, trends, and competitor activity to inform content and campaign planning Prospecting and research to support outreach and demand generation campaigns Assisting with link-building opportunities, contacting relevant sites, and tracking outreach Helping to build and maintain CRM and user databases, including contact tagging and segmentation Contributing creative ideas that build brand awareness, sharpen positioning, and drive conversion Collaborating with a busy team and balancing multiple priorities Managing the internal newsletter, gathering updates, formatting content, and coordinating distribution
Qualifications & What we're looking for
A degree in a relevant field Confident communication skills and a natural curiosity for how digital channels work Experience in managing your own social media and an understanding of different audiences A strong interest in digital marketing, tech, and demand generation A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn Basic graphic design and video editing skills would be advantageous, but not essential
