Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for luxury skin-care, particularly someone ready to step up from an assistant role into a more strategic position, gaining hands-on experience across campaigns, content, and ecommerce.

Location: Westbourne Park, London, W10

Salary - £30,000-£40,000 - Full-time, Hybrid - up to 3 days in the office

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Execute email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring accurate scheduling, testing, and reporting.
  • Support campaign planning and activation across ecommerce, social, and paid channels.
  • Brief creative assets and coordinate with the Creative Director to deliver campaign visuals.
  • Update website content and merchandising in Shopify (homepage banners, product copy, promotions).
  • Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Support influencer, PR, and affiliate initiatives, including gifting and content coordination.
  • Pull and present campaign performance reports (email, social, site traffic).
  • Provide general marketing support across events, launches, and day-to-day projects.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury ecommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo, with the ability to execute CRM campaigns, optimise workflows and leverage SEO for organic growth.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Strong copywriting and attention to detail, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
  • A solid understanding of and interest for how social media platforms work, keeping constantly up to date with new and latest social media trends.
  • Passion for luxury skincare, with awareness of industry trends and innovations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, paired with a refined eye for brand presentation.
  • Creative mindset combined with commercial awareness, balancing brand integrity with performance objectives.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively, taking initiative across cross-functional teams.

KPIs / Success Measures

  • Accurate, timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Growth in email/SMS engagement metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue).
  • Smooth execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Contribution to brand visibility and community engagement.
