Working hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Overview

This is a hands-on Marketing Executive role where no two days are the same. You’ll help craft and deliver campaigns to grow our membership, boost brand awareness, and achieve big goals. You’ll be involved in updating the website, running email campaigns, managing social media, coordinating events, and creating compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Help craft and deliver marketing campaigns to grow membership and brand awareness
• Update the website, run email campaigns, manage social media, coordinate events
• Create engaging content and use data to drive results
• Collaborate with team members, adapt quickly, and work proactively to achieve objectives

What you will bring

• Marketing experience, with knowledge of digital and social media marketing (advantage)
• Familiarity with digital tools: email platforms, CMS systems (e.g., Sitecore), analytics, social media
• Design skills using tools such as Adobe or Canva
• Data-driven with the ability to understand and use data insights
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable criteria

• Attention to detail; highly organized; able to manage multiple tasks
• Good stakeholder management across various levels
• Creativity and strong writing and communication skills
• Independent and collaborative; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
