Work closely with the PR Manager & Events Manager on delivering localstore relaunch events and related activities, as well as any specific local activity to support post relaunch. Ensure key customer and commercial messages are tailored to the coretarget audience, local area/offering and are communicated in a clear waythat has cut through and drives action (footfall). Monitor campaigns and optimise spend and activity throughout, lead onthe reporting and evaluation of campaigns. Brief and deliver customer research & insights pre and post storedevelopments to monitor customer feedback and if improvements aremaking the desired difference to the key customer metrics & in-storeexperience. Manage the creative and print sign off process, as well as campaignbudgets, the raising of POs and the overall finance sign off process. Produce clear and concise store briefing documents and storecommunications for all local marketing campaigns. Co-ordinate local marketing support for in-store concession partnerswithin agreed parameters. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that brand guidelines and tone of voiceis always on brand. Systems: High level of computer literacy, including word, excel and power point. Proficient in using Microsoft Teams.
