Overview We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and engage our target audience. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to assess business methods, products, services, and target customer groups to identify marketing requirements. Gather and interpret market research findings, presenting actionable insights to management for informed decision-making. Recommend adjustments to product design, pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies in response to market trends. Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and local advertising platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Brief advertising and creative teams on campaign objectives, monitor progress, and liaise with management on potential modifications. Organise and coordinate local promotional events and partnerships to boost community engagement and strengthen brand reputation.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, digital campaigns, and market research. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
