Company: Rapidly expanding, multi-million pound property development company with a large portfolio of developments from high-end hotels to residential rental developments.

Location: Beautiful HQ in Central London NW1

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to advance your marketing career and take an important role in a rapidly expanding retail business. Following an ongoing period of growth, this is a newly created role and forms part of a new, supercharged marketing strategy within a very dynamic sector.

Working closely with the Marketing Director - an individual who is deeply experienced and also renowned to be a supportive and kind manager - you'll be thoroughly involved in shaping and delivering the marketing plan. This will be super varied and include:

  • Inputting into the overarching marketing strategy
  • Developing, launching, optimising and maintaining the company's new website
  • Looking after the companies social media (including a focus on LinkedIn channels)
  • Overseeing the production of event collateral and branded materials
  • Establishing the company as a leading voice in its sector, including raising the profiles of senior leadership
  • Close involvement in internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives
  • Managing external agencies. Working closely with Creatives to produce high quality and engaging content.

    • Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B marketing environment and most definitely high comfort level in digital and social (LinkedIn and other social platforms)
  • Comfortable using tools like WordPress, Canva, Sprout and Hootsuite or similar
  • Experience using ChatGPT and AI platforms a bonus
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple projects
  • Proactive, creative, inquisitive, reliable, and adaptable
