OverviewAn established organization in the electrotechnical sector is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to support its marketing strategy and communications plan. This role offers the opportunity to help promote a highly digital industry, with a strong focus on future skills and low-carbon technology, while building engagement across members, partners, and the wider industry.What to ExpectIn this role, you’ll contribute to a wide range of marketing and communications activities, ensuring the brand is promoted and protected while driving engagement through creative campaigns. From content creation to events support, you’ll play a key part in raising awareness and strengthening relationships across the sector.ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of marketing and communications activities in line with strategic objectivesContribute to content creation, including copy, images, video, newsletters, and social media postsAssist with campaign planning and admin tasks, liaising with internal teams and external partnersMonitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, CRM systems, and engagement dataHelp produce guidance materials, case studies, and testimonials to showcase success storiesAssist with market research and surveys to gather insights for future campaignsCoordinate and promote events, trade shows, and speaking opportunitiesSupport internal communications to ensure staff remain engaged with marketing initiativesQualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and proof engaging copyExperience in marketing, PR, content, or communications rolesFamiliarity with digital tools such as GA4, CRM platforms, and social media channelsOrganized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCreative mindset with an eye for detailA team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and external stakeholdersWhat’s on OfferSalary between £25,000 – £31,000, depending on experienceFixed-term contract (12 months) – maternity coverHybrid working with office base in Swanley, Kent35-hour working week (9–5, Monday to Friday)Chance to make a meaningful impact in an evolving, technology-driven industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
