Job Overview
To contribute to the development and execution of PPS’s marketing strategy, supporting the marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns and activities that align with business objectivities. The marketing executive will act as a key link between strategy and implementation, taking ownership of key initiatives and ensuring consistency in brand messaging, lead generation and market engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of PPS’s marketing strategy.
- Create, manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email, while tracking performance and producing analytics reports.
- Oversee CRM data management and segmentation to enable targeted marketing campaigns and maintain accuracy.
- Manage lead generation efforts for the business development team by coordinating targeted campaigns and ensuring the seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Leverage technology to source client information through lead leaper, Sales Navigator etc.
- Utilise monthly credits for LinkedIn InMail.
- Collaborate with the internal and external marketing team to plan and deliver communications for events, including pre-event outreach, promotional materials and post event engagement.
- Contribute to market research initiatives, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with third-party partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of outsourced projects.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Respond to google and trust piolet reviews promptly.
- Utilise LinkedIn monthly credits to invite prospective clients to follow the company.
- Support the development of thought leadership content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, blogs to showcase PPS’s expertise.
- Conduct competitor research, identify gaps and recommend opportunities for differentiation.
- Assist in managing and optimising marketing automation tools, analytics platforms and other technologies to stream line workflow and enhance company performance.
- Report key metrics between marketing software’s to determine the conversion rate and ROI for each strategy used (Pay per click, email campaigns, Socials, Snail Mail, QR codes etc.)
- Involvement in other initiatives and projects to support PPS.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with IT tools that support marketing efforts, including CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Expertise in various digital channels like SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including writing, copywriting, and graphic design.
