This hands-on position will support the Customer Marketing Team, focusing on the acquisition, engagement and retention of key customers (B2B - employers, benefit consultants and advisers). The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn. The role’s focus will be to help plan and execute marketing campaigns, contributing to sales and growth targets. This role will report into the Customer Marketing Manager. Responsibilities
Marketing Execution: Support the team, with the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery. Focusing on: e-mail, pitch presentations and collateral, digital assets, landing pages and in app touchpoints. Brand champion: Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Stakeholder management: Work collaboratively across functions and key stakeholders to develop and deliver the marketing plan. Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as required. Strong presentation skills: Clearly present campaign plans to the business, including post campaign performance. Tailoring your approach depending on the audience. Test and learn advocate: Focus on measurement, optimisation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Budget Management: Support with the management of the marketing budget effectively.
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in a marketing role Strong understanding and hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing channels Excellent attention to detail Budget management experience Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
