Perowne International works with some of the most interesting luxury hospitality brands in the world and is proud to be their valued consultants for their communications, sales and marketing.

But we now need someone to help manage our own marketing. Under our brand, Unpacked, we have a podcast series, e-newsletter and we have social channels. We want to expand our campaigns. To do that, we need someone with a range of great skills to help us drive even greater reach and awareness.

This job will be for you if:-

• You are inquisitive. We need someone who will work across the business and our international offices to find out the latest news
• You are creative. We want to break the mould in the way we present ourselves on social channels. Finding different, fun ways to present our business is important.
• You love words. Presenting us in the right way to different audiences with appropriate language is vital. We don’t want wordy, we want succinct.
• You’re passionate about travel. We are all about beautiful locations, fantastic people and luxurious experiences.
• You enjoy being part of a team. The best results are when we collaborate as a team. You will need to get involved with a range of people and clients and we need this person to love being in the office, finding out the latest and translating that into great marketing copy.
• You are a pioneer. This role is new and vital. There’s no how-to manual, but we do have clear ideas and you will need to be able to take feedback.
• You can work quickly. Speed and accuracy are of the essence. 

Skills and experience required:-

At least 2 years in a marketing/social role, preferably in an agency setting.

Experience in the following:-

• Social media posting for an employer
• Community management
• Experience with planning social campaigns
• Copywriting for a website/newsletter
• Experience with organisation of marketing activity – eg podcasts/working with designers

Good written skills vital

Ability to identify and create great visual content

• Knowledge of Tik Tok/Insta/YouTube/LinkedIn
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media

Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
