Due to continued expansion, we are looking to grow our team and welcome a talented Marketing Executive to support our AV and IT marketing activities.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and delivering marketing campaigns to promote Northamber’s portfolio and services. You’ll work closely with vendors, sales teams, and channel partners to create impactful communications that strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
* Support the promotion of Northamber, our vendor brands and new product launches through targeted campaigns.
* Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media content.
* Manage and update website and digital assets to ensure accurate and engaging content.
* Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute against joint marketing plans and co-branded materials.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with key insights and recommendations.
* Support the organisation of trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
* Work with internal teams (sales, purchasing, and product management) to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within IT or AV distribution (B2B environment preferred).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing platforms, and social media management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
