JOB OVERVIEW/PURPOSE:

Reserve is looking for an enthusiastic & open-minded Marketing professional who has a passion for wine, drinks, hospitality and creating amazing customers experiences. This is a varied and fun role and requires an individual who is happy to pick up lots of different tasks relating to both digital and in-store experience. Working with our consultant Marketing Director they must be an excellent organiser and executor… and full of ideas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist and support with reporting on performance of marketing activity across channels and key KPI’s ensuring data is collated accurately and shared on time.
  • Create and manage email marketing activity, ensuring campaigns are scheduled, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Provide support where necessary with the coordination of SEO and paid search agencies, including gathering updates and tracking activity.
  • Assist with A/B testing and initiatives to improve conversion rate, recording results and sharing insights.
  • Provide administrative support for budgeting processes (e.g., tracking spend against plan).
  • Coordinate with head office team to help deliver marketing projects.
  • Ownership and accountability of the marketing calendar, including scheduling campaigns and coordinating content across all channels.
  • Lead on the management of social media accounts, liaising with the social media agency and supporting site teams with content where needed.
  • Support with marketing campaigns and events in physical sites, working with the Commercial Operations Manager to ensure assets and materials are delivered.
  • Help brief external suppliers and designers on creative projects, ensuring correct brand application under direction.
  • Carry out research on industry trends and competitor activity to support the marketing team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:

  • Passion for wine, food, and hospitality, with an eagerness to learn more about the industry.
  • Understanding of CRM, campaign analysis tools and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confidence working with data: able to pull reports, interpret basic results, and use insights to improve activity.
  • Understanding of core digital marketing channels (email, social media, SEO, paid search, website).
  • Ability to carry out tasks allocated and work independently
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new marketing tools and techniques.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • More advanced knowledge of email marketing systems (segmentation, flows/automation, personalisation).
  • Experience creating or editing visual content (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools).
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices or content optimisation.
