Role Overview & Objective:
The Marketing Executive is a pivotal role, supporting multiple members of the business and specifically driving results across marketing, partnerships, sales, and events functions. The role spans multiple focus areas to support brand growth and customer engagement across our portfolio. To succeed, the Marketing Executive must be immersed in our brand landscape and comfortable pivoting between digital, on-the-ground, and collaborative projects. A full brand immersion programme will be provided.
Key Deliverables:
Performance & Growth Marketing:
Assist in written and visual campaign build, delivery, creative, and analytics across paid platforms.
Support Marketing Manager in working with paid media agencies.
Proactively suggest ideas to test and scale channels.
Support content planning and creation across a variety of campaigns.
Assist in segmentation, audience management, and automated flows.
Analyse campaign responses and support in reporting.
Keep an eye on the competitor landscape and suggest fresh ideas to produce market-leading content.
Partnerships & Influencer Marketing:
Support partner and influencer discovery, outreach, and onboarding.
Help manage deliverables for commercial, brand, and influencer partnerships.
Support on reporting partnership impact.
Assist in influencer relationship management and activation.
Events & Activations:
Support marketing logistics and materials for live events and activations.
Coordinate marketing presence at student or brand partner events.
Assist in the creation of event-specific media assets.
Liaise with student brand teams for on-campus marketing support.
Brand, Creative & Communications:
Support with managing media banks across all brands, curating appropriate imagery and video.
Assist in writing copy across web, email, PR, and social media.
Monitor competitor brand activity and contribute actionable insights.
Support with creation and implementation of various brand incentive schemes.
Assist with execution of cross-promotional opportunities within the brand portfolio.
Media Production & Coordination:
Support in coordinating briefs and contracts for media suppliers, specifically media reps.
Track payments and ensure deliverables are met as per contracts.
Create promotional assets using templated design tools where needed.
Student Brand Promotions:
Work with student groups to coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables.
Create and distribute promo packs and assets per trip or season.
Help improve brand consistency while catering to student-led identities.
Support in creation and execution of student-specific campaigns, such as general awareness campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous marketing or brand management experience preferred.
Understanding of digital marketing channels and social media trends.
Understanding of the snow sports and travel industry is a plus.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Behaviors:

You may work across a number of brands during your role each covering a unique offering. This could be brand focused on the best party and snow resorts, corporate ski options, specific event or festival bookings or a wider all-ski specialist brand. More information will be given when we meet you.
