Marketing Executive The Biltmore Mayfair Hotel isseeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive . This role will support the Marketing and Communication Manager in the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and passionate about storytelling, events, and luxury lifestyle experiences. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and PR for the hotel and the F&B outlets. Support the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar. Work closely with restaurant and bar teams to develop campaigns, seasonal promotions, and content. Ensure strong and accurate online presence for all F&B venues across business listings (e.g. Google, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, TheFork) and booking platforms. Coordinate content creation and liaise with creative teams, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing assets for the hotel and the f&b outlets Manage the day-to-day execution of the social media channels, content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely delivery. Support email marketing, including F&B newsletters, event promotions, and segmentation Support with creation of all marketing collateral Monitor and manage social media channels, engage with followers, and track performance metrics. Assist with organising and promoting events where needed, collaborations and partnerships that enhance brand visibility. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and internal departments to support campaigns execution. Support with monthly reports on marketing performance and ROI. Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and uphold the highest standard of presentation for internal and external use Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for copywriting. Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS systems. Familiarity with MS Office and editing platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, photos and video editing platforms Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
