Overview As our Junior Marketing Executive, you will take charge of the business Marketing plan, and work alongside key stakeholders to ensure the market presence of the company continues to grow. You will control social media, online development, marketing collateral and event organisation within the remit of the marketing budget. Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Respond to audience interactions and maintain a consistent brand voice. Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute the company\'s participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other physical events. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site branding to ensure successful event representation. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet event objectives. Website Development and Content Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized. Use AI platforms to support marketing efforts within the business. Work with designers and developers to implement website improvements. Create and manage blog posts, product descriptions, and other web content. Other: Use AI and digital tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications & Attributes

Willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don\'t already have. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (optional: added advantage). Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus. Basic knowledge of website management tools (e.g., WordPress, CMS) and SEO principles. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a budget.
