An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a leading marketing team, driving the day-to-day operations of a brand-new loyalty programme. Responsibilities
Take ownership of loyalty driven marketing activity, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Plan and deliver promotional campaigns across web, social, and POS to drive growth. Analyse performance data and market trends to optimise revenue and customer engagement. Provide clear reporting to key stakeholders on ROI and campaign effectiveness. Continuously enhance the customer journey through insight and feedback. Ensure all campaigns are compliant, on-brand, and aligned with data governance standards.
About You
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and loyalty best practice. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Confident influencing senior leaders and collaborating across departments. Highly analytical, able to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Skilled in project management, with experience using CRM or loyalty platforms (desirable).
