This hybrid role blends content creation with account management, with approximately 70% time spent on content creation (writing, editing, and creative strategy) and 30% on managing key client relationships. You’ll help brands grow, launch innovative marketing campaigns, and bring bold ideas to life across digital and offline channels.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Marketing (70%)Write content that gets noticed – blogs, emails, landing pages, and social posts that grab attention and drive actionEdit compelling video content – short-form and long-form videos that are on-brand, engaging, and optimised for digital platformsLaunch impactful campaigns – support the execution of multi-channel campaigns promoting events, books, webinars, and programmesCollaborate with creative teams – work with designers, developers, and social media specialists to bring marketing campaigns to lifeContribute to paid strategy – assist in managing Facebook and Instagram ads, including retargeting strategies and performance optimisationClient Account Management (30%)Build real relationships – become a trusted advisor who keeps communication clear, friendly, and consistentManage deliverables – lead regular check-ins, track progress, and ensure everything stays on courseAnalyse performance – use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to report on results and suggest improvementsSolve problems creatively – help design smart, tailored marketing solutions that solve real business challengesSupport automation – use CRM platforms to build email funnels, webinar sequences, and automated journeys that convertWho Are We?Paul Gough Media is a fast-growing marketing agency dedicated to helping physiotherapy clinic owners around the world attract more clients and grow their businesses.
