Overview

This is a data-driven and creative Marketing Executive role to support growth strategy in a B2B environment. You’ll engage prospects who are potential new customers by planning and delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns that generate awareness and convert interest into qualified leads. This role is with Thomas Telford Ltd (TTL), the knowledge business of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver multi-channel campaigns to raise awareness and drive engagement.
• Use data and insights to improve campaign performance.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from concept to analysis.
• Work closely with sales to support pipeline and revenue goals.

What we’re looking for

• A proactive, commercially minded marketer with a passion for B2B.
• Someone eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns that attract new customers.
