Marketing Executive – Maidstone / Kent & Gatwick RegionWe are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Maidstone office, covering the Kent/Gatwick region. You will be responsible for delivering marketing initiatives and campaigns across the Southern region and provide general marketing and administrative support for the Regional Head of Marketing.This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career (1–2 years’ experience) who wants to build skills across the full marketing mix, including online and offline events, social media, PR, copywriting and advertising, as well as prospect and competitor research. A ‘can do’ attitude, strong organisation, motivation, resourcefulness and career focus are important.We offer a lively and dynamic environment with an experienced and friendly team to work alongside and learn from.ResponsibilitiesMarketing: Co-ordinate and develop effective marketing campaigns to support regional brand awareness and business development objectives, utilising the full marketing mix as appropriate.Marketing: Take on, develop and support non-core sector / service lines to support smaller, but profitable areas of the business.Marketing: Research and maintain a calendar of external events and networking opportunities, promoting them internally to the relevant team members to encourage attendance and regional engagement.Marketing: Maintain the regional marketing pages of the intranet to ensure they are up to date and support internal communication objectives.Marketing: Provide support to deliver national and sector campaigns regionally.Marketing: Undertake competitor research and report on findings.Events: Assist in the planning, organisation and delivery of online and in-person marketing events, including producing invites, confirming speakers, organising room bookings, catering and travel arrangements if necessary.Events: Manage event registrations, attendee research and assist with post-event follow-up.Events: Provide support for in-person events, attending where needed to manage set up and the smooth running of the event.Events: Design and edit marketing materials, including e-shots, PowerPoint presentations, adverts and banners to a high standard, ensuring full brand compliance.Events: Ensure collateral is kept up to date and easily accessible.Events: Provide marketing support for regional staff events and charitable activities to ensure good social media coverage and engagement.Targeting & Data: Undertake prospect research and data analysis.Targeting & Data: Provide proposal support to both the national business development team and regional partners where necessary and obtain proposal feedback from Partners.Targeting & Data: Support with the management of our client and prospect database, improving accuracy and keeping it up to date.Targeting & Data: Data entry and updates to the firm’s database and lead tracking process.General Admin & Reporting: Maintain and develop regional marketing activity reports that analyse performance and showcase impact.General Admin & Reporting: Support the production of regular reports including client gains, losses and fees analysis.General Admin & Reporting: Reconcile invoices related to marketing spend, obtain approvals for payment, and maintain accurate records for budget tracking.General Admin & Reporting: Provide general support with organising meetings and taking minutes where needed.QualificationsIdeally 1 to 2 years hands-on marketing experienceExcellent IT skills: Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience and an aptitude for designExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent organisation and planning skillsAbility to work quickly and on multiple projects simultaneouslyConfident in dealing with peopleWillingness to travelExcellent attention to detailAble to manage and work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environmentTeam playerSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesAccounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
