They are looking for a creative Marketing Executive to join their expanding team and to work on one the UK’s leading magazine and website publications for that specific industry.The successful Marketing Executive will manage, develop and deploy the marketing strategy for the business including promoting digital products, live events and also widening the reach/circulation of publications.What’s in it for you…Salary £28k - £32k depending on experienceMonday to Friday role - Working hours - 09:00am - 17:00pmHybrid workingParking on site28 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pensionCompany laptopCompany away days, including all paid annual trip overseasExcellent office facilities including break out rooms / games roomVery relaxed but professional working atmosphereWorking on a market leading portfolio, No 1 in its industry!Marketing Executive Key responsibilities and accountabilities:Update templates to send out driver emails for digital events and conferences + awardsJointly create marketing plan for eventsMonitor registration numbers on digital eventsHelp update registration pages for digital eventsChase copy from clients / colleagues for company profiles or seminar agendas for digital conferences and in person conferencesWork with venues to provide operational support for conferences/awardsWork with directors to prepare exhibition stands/marketing collateral (e.g., fliers, pop ups or stand designs) for stand eventsWork with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of webinars and digital conferencesHelp deliver marketing strategy to raise brand awareness of magazines and all digital platformsWork with circulation manager to import data acquired from events/digital eventsMarketing Executive Key skills:2 years’ experience at Marketing Executive level or equivalent within B2B media or similar environmentBasic understanding and working knowledge of legislation including GDPR and advertising best practiceExcellent communication, organisation, and time management skillsAbility to deliver quality work in a fast paced and high-volume deadline driven environmentAbility to manage a full campaign from start to finish and able to manage several projects at once under tight deadlines and accommodate rapid changesExcellent IT skills: Microsoft Office is essential, including Word and ExcelDigital systems including CRM, online marketing tools and social mediaAdobe creative packages would be advantageous but not essentialSalary £28k - £32k depending on experienceExtra Information:Refer a friend and earn up to £500 (see website for details)Due to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
