From our website and social media to internal materials and events, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Orange Quarter story to life across our global markets.About the RoleThis is a hands-on role for a creative and proactive marketer who’s excited to take ownership of branding, content, and communications. You’ll be our dedicated marketing hire, working closely with our leadership and recruitment teams across Europe and the US to build a consistent and compelling brand.Your focus will be on elevating our digital presence, improving internal and external materials, and building content that reflects the strength of our team and our work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a refresh of the OQ brand identity across platformsBrief and manage external agencies for marketing, branding, or website development projectsBuild and maintain internal marketing collateral and case studies for client and candidate useManage and grow our social media presence, mostly LinkedInCreate and design engaging content that highlights team culture, success stories, and thought leadership content within our spaceKeep the website up to date, from visuals and team info to job listings and blog contentSupport lead gen through website updates, SEO, and Google Analytics.Help improve site visibility and conversion with simple SEO and analytics tweaks.Write and coordinate blog posts, team updates, and marketing copySupport internal events, meetups, incentives, and culture-building initiativesRequirements (Essential)2+ years experience in marketingExcellent copywriting skills (English)Comfortable using design tools like Canva, Adobe or similarConfident managing and creating content for social channelsOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyLondon-based, with the ability to attend events or in-office days as neededRequirements (Desirable)Experience in recruitment, professional services, or B2B marketingFamiliarity with website content platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow)Light graphic or video editing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
