Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will manage day-to-day marketing activity, coordinate with agencies and deliver promotional campaigns that support both sales and brand growth. Plan and deliver promotional campaigns across social, eCommerce, and retail. Manage the campaign calendar, coordinating monthly promotions and seasonal activations. Monitor campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for improvement. Act as the main contact for agencies covering SEO, paid social, and email marketing. Oversee social media channels, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with campaigns. Ensure websites are updated with product launches, promotions, and accurate listings. Brief and coordinate designers, photographers, and content creators. Review creative assets to maintain brand consistency. Compile monthly eCommerce performance reports and highlight growth opportunities. Support retail activations and prepare trade materials such as sell-in decks. Assist with general marketing support including budget tracking and admin tasks.

The Person

2–3 years of brand marketing experience. Proven experience managing agencies or external partners. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Shopify eCommerce platform. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven with working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel. Confident managing multiple social media channels.
