Marketing Executive Middlesbrough (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £25,000
We’re working with a fast-growing and innovative digital marketing business situated at the centre of Middlesbrough that is looking to add a motivated Marketing Executive to their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at junior level or a marketing/business graduate, who is looking to build a career in digital marketing within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns for a range of clients while developing your skills across different marketing channels.
You’ll work closely with experienced marketing specialists and account managers, gaining hands-on experience in campaign execution, reporting, and digital strategy.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Supporting the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Assisting with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting • Conducting research to support marketing strategies and campaign planning • Monitoring campaign performance and helping prepare client reports • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly • Learning and developing knowledge across digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, and paid media
Essential Requirements
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject, or relevant marketing experience • Strong communication and organisational skills • Enthusiastic and eager to develop a career in digital marketing • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Desirable Experience
While not essential, the following experience would be beneficial:
• Internship, placement year, or part-time experience within marketing • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, or social media marketing • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or marketing platforms • An interest in data, campaign performance, and digital marketing trends
