OverviewMarketing Executive - eLearning, 4 Day Week, Hybrid, 12 months. Fixed term contract to provide maternity cover. Location: Legal Island, Antrim (hybrid remote with occasional office visits, monthly staff development day). Hours: 4-day work week (Mon–Thu, 9am–5pm; paid for a 5-day week). Salary: £25,000–£27,000 pro rata, depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesCreating engaging digital marketing campaigns for eLearning courses across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with a focus on B2B lead generation and creative B2C approaches.Manage weekly email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and automation in HubSpot to maximise engagement, leads, and performance tracking.Content development for emails, social media, web copy, and sales collateral that aligns with target audiences.Develop and post social media content weekly; align strategy with larger campaigns and use insights to optimise results.Collaborate with the eLearning sales team to generate, qualify, and convert leads; align outreach with sales strategies.Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns in collaboration with agencies; implement SEO best practices for web and blog content.Gather client testimonials and success stories to create case studies for digital channels.Collaborate with Knowledge and Events teams to promote content on the Hub platform and at events; keep content updated.Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics and HubSpot; report monthly and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.Coordinate with designers for digital and print materials; oversee print management and ensure brand consistency.Represent Legal Island at occasional conferences and events to promote eLearning solutions.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential CriteriaThird-level qualification in marketing or CIM qualification, or equivalent.Experience with Microsoft Office, email marketing software, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and CMS platforms (e.g., Craft or WordPress).Strong understanding of online marketing concepts and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).Experience3+ years in a B2C marketing role or 2+ years in a B2B marketing role in a busy environment.Proven ability to develop digital campaigns focusing on customer acquisition and engagement across email, social, and paid channels.Strong content creation skills (email, social, copywriting) and CMS experience; ability to work cross-functionally.Experience with marketing analytics and reporting.SkillsExcellent written and spoken English; ability to produce clear, persuasive copy.Canva or similar graphic design proficiency; ability to create basic marketing assets.Data-driven mindset with familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Strong time management and organisational skills; proactive, collaborative, and ownership-driven.Willingness to attend events across NI and ROI (3–5 annually), occasional overnight stays.Desirable CriteriaSEO best practices knowledge; experience with PPC campaigns.Experience working with sales teams to generate leads; ability to curate client testimonials and case studies.Full driving licence or reliable transport.Benefits4 Day Week with salary for 5 daysCompany pension contributionPrivate medical insurance with Health Cash PlanProfit share and yearly bonus schemesGenerous leave (24 days pro rata) plus birthday day off; additional leave with years of serviceStaff outings and ad hoc perksEqual Opportunities: Legal Island is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
