- Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to ensure messaging alignment.
Content Coordination & Campaigns:
- Create consistent, brand compliant graphics/collateral to support your campaigns by leveraging tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and/or Canva.
- Use data-driven insights to identify where future campaigns should be focused and who our target audience is for those campaigns.
- Draft marketing emails, newsletters, product & partnership announcements and educational content.
- Curate content, images for all platforms, brochures and merchandise.
- Coordinate internal timelines for content production with our design and product teams.

- Become Ikawa’s brand guardian, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all external and internal platforms.
Marketing Administration:
- Provide general support with meeting scheduling, campaign tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Help keep our project management tools up-to-date and organised.
- Assist in coordinating events, product launches, and partnerships (occasional international travel required).
