OverviewMarketing ExecutiveSalary £30kThe role will be London based (3 to 4 days in the office), wage 30K per annum plus benefits, and suitable for an ambitious well-rounded marketer looking to move up with their career.QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in media agency of marketing, proficiency in Sem rush or equivalent SEO software, keys words analysis and social media post scheduling software.Main purpose of jobThis role is to assist and develop marketing activities undertaken both on and off line.ResponsibilitiesProvide reasonable level of support to follow up enquiries resulting of marketing activities, referral and affiliates programs. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the clinical booking team for Private and International patient enquiries.Overseeing reputation marketing strategy: maximise reviews collection, as well as optimising workflow process on Doctify and affiliates programmes. This includes use of devices and website based programs.Optimising Consultants and Doctors profiles and others when necessary.Provide support in the organisation of webinars for medical professionals, including management of invitations, streaming video platform, and related activities such as issuing CPD certification.Ensure timely updates and accuracy of internal and external digital assets: regularly review, edit, and publish content on the company internal and external digital assets to keep all employees and external visitors informed with the latest news, resources, and announcements. This includes coordinating with various departments to gather relevant information, ensuring that the content is consistent with the company's branding and communication guidelines, and managing the intranet's content calendar and content schedule calendar.Reporting and supervisionThis role and job holder will work under direct supervision and guidance from the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure tasks and duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.Compliance and data protectionEnsuring the safe and secure management of data and information for Amethyest Group and all other entities affiliated to the client correctly is essential; as is ensuring that the clinics and treatment centres comply with the Data Protection Act (2018) and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) (2018) with regard to the patient, user, employee, employer and wider organisational data/information processing.
