The following content displays a map of the jobs location - Remote - UKWe’re seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support the delivery and execution of Twinkl’s marketing strategy across the SaLT, EAL and OT segments, focusing on social media, community engagement, content production, and multi-channel campaigns.This role drives day-to-day activations, helping to grow engagement, advocacy, and product adoption while ensuring all initiatives reflect Twinkl’s educator-first approach and brand values.Key Responsibilities:Drive the execution of your market’s marketing campaigns and tactics across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with market KPIs and Twinkl’s brand.Maintain content and marketing calendars, coordinating with product, content, and marketing teams to deliver timely and consistent activations.Co-own the social media and community strategy for your markets, driving engagement, growth, and advocacy.Plan, create, and schedule content for social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Reddit) that reflects Twinkl’s brand, educator-first approach, and market priorities.Execute ambassador programs, community-led initiatives, and educator engagement campaigns to strengthen Twinkl’s presence, credibility, and user-generated content.Deliver “surprise and delight” initiatives, including giveaways and engagement activities tailored to educator motivations.Monitor social and community performance metrics, reporting weekly on engagement, reach, and impact to inform optimisation.Conduct social listening and trend monitoring to identify opportunities, inform content, and support the Marketing Manager in campaign strategy.Co-own the influencer marketing strategy for your market, driving influencer identification and outreach to build partnerships that amplify campaigns and community engagement.Assist in content creation for email, blog, webinar, video, and other marketing channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Twinkl’s brand values.Support the Marketing Manager with reporting on campaign and channel performance.Collaborate with product marketing on integrated campaigns that optimise the user journey from onsite experiences to online and offline activations, maximising adoption and engagement with Twinkl resources.Ensure all marketing initiatives consistently reinforce Twinkl’s brand, thought leadership, and educator-first approach, embodying our philosophy: for educators, by educators.Improve Twinkl’s discoverability across LLMs and other AI-driven platforms.Collaborate with the central growth, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional teams (including product development) to align go-to-market strategies with broader business objectives and continuously optimise the marketing funnel.Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and sector developments to ensure Twinkl remains competitive and innovative.Qualifications:1–3 years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related fieldSolid understanding of marketing fundamentals, customer growth and eager to explore new channels and tacticsHighly competent with data-informed decision making - ability to extract key insights from available quantitative and qualitative analysisFamiliarity with a range of marketing channels (e.g., paid social, search, partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate, organic strategies)Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environmentComfortable experimenting with new tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effortsAdaptable and comfortable with change, always ready to pivot based on resultsExcellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholdersIn return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities.
