The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Director (Execution & Growth Focus) to drive Alcotox’s consumer and B2B growth. This role is performance-led, accountable for delivering measurable sales traction and opening new channels. The role covers:

  • Designing and executing high-impact digital acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencer, affiliates).
  • Owning and optimising the DTC funnel via Shopify to maximise traffic, conversion, and repeat purchases.
  • Launching and scaling Alcotox on Amazon, with storefront optimisation and review generation.
  • Driving PR and earned media campaigns that convert into measurable sales.
  • Partnering with the sales team to unlock strategic retail and corporate wellness accounts.
  • Reporting weekly on revenue, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.

This is initially a fractional role (about one day per week) with equity at the outset. For the right candidate, there is a clear path to a full-time leadership position post-funding.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver measurable revenue growth in consumer health, wellness, or functional beverage brands.
  • Hands-on experience running and optimising digital acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencers, affiliates).
  • Strong track record in building and scaling DTC funnels (Shopify, email automation, retention strategies).
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling on Amazon and other online marketplaces.
  • Data-driven approach, with clear understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Ability to open and support strategic retail or corporate wellness accounts alongside sales teams.
  • Execution-focused, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working at startup speed with minimal resources.

Compensation

Equity-based at the outset, with cash rewards tied to fundraising completion and revenue growth. Significant long-term upside as sales scale and institutional funding closes.
