- Owning the marketing strategy across all channels to grow SME customer base

- Managing and developing a talented team of marketers

Requirements
- Experience leading B2B marketing strategies for financial services organisations
- Broad marketing expertise across brand, digital, performance and campaign delivery
- Targeted the SME market
- Experience of leading transformation, building or restructuring teams, and driving marketing effectiveness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing at senior levels
- Candidates could come from roles like Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, Marketing Lead or similar
