Field Marketing Director | Software | London/Hybrid
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketer who thrives in a player-coach role. As Director of Field Marketing in EMEA, you’ll drive regional demand, build brand presence, and enable go-to-market teams to succeed. You’ll own and execute tailored campaigns, high-impact events, and strategic programs that generate awareness, build trust, and drive pipeline. Responsibilities
- Lead field and pipeline marketing across the UK and EMEA, aligning activity with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of field marketers, while personally executing priority campaigns and events.
- Design and deliver multi-channel marketing programs, from hosted events and tradeshows to webinars, paid media, and content syndication.
- Collaborate closely with sales, ABM and partner marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and territory-focused initiatives.
- Track, measure, and optimise marketing activities ensuring ROI, budget control, and scalable processes.
Background
- Significant experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Strong track record of managing and executing events that drive qualified pipeline.
- Proven experience managing budgets, tracking ROI and balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to planning.
- A hands-on leader with the ability to combine strategic vision with execution, while driving measurable impact.
