The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven, bold, and creative Marketing Director to lead and execute our global marketing strategy. This newly created and pivotal role is responsible for shaping and delivering marketing and communications that drive brand relevance, fuel business growth, and strengthen employee engagement.

As the leader of a team of four, you’ll take ownership of lead generation, brand, events, and content strategy, while acting as a trusted business partner to sales and senior leadership. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment and knows how to build awareness and pipeline through strategic execution. The role is based from our office in West London.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and deliver a global marketing strategy that drives qualified leads and positions Craster as the creative partner of choice for leading hospitality brands.
  • Shape and evolve our brand story, ensuring every touchpoint — from product launches to social campaigns — reflects our craftsmanship, innovation, and quality.
  • Bring ideas to life through compelling, emotionally resonant content that turns products into experiences and sparks conversations across industries.
  • Lead multi‑channel campaigns that balance digital precision with human connection, always focused on measurable impact.
  • Harness insights from customers, agents, and distributors to anticipate future needs and influence product development.
  • Champion collaboration across the business, aligning messaging, propositions, and purpose.
  • Turn data into design decisions, using analytics not just to track performance but to refine and elevate our approach.
  • Lead with commercial creativity, making smart, efficient choices with budget and resources to maximise reach and return.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven marketing leader with experience shaping strategy and building credibility at the highest levels in a dynamic B2B environment.
  • Currently operating as a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing, with the ability to combine strategic vision and creative execution.
  • A curious innovator fluent in digital tools and platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.), with a strong interest in AI.
  • A track record in lead generation and performance marketing that drives commercial outcomes.
  • An inspirational coach and mentor, able to build, empower, and elevate high‑performing teams.
  • A skilled collaborator who builds trust with internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Strong understanding of global vs local dynamics, balancing consistency with regional creativity.
  • Degree‑qualified in Marketing, with experience delivering marketing initiatives through an in‑house team.
  • Above all, someone with a bias for action and a passion for design — turning ideas to impact and shaping stories that resonate worldwide.
