Outbrain is seeking a Director of Business Marketing to cover the EMEA region based in London, focusing on our advertiser's business.
Reporting to the Global Head of Business Marketing and International, you will craft and execute marketing plans within your markets, aligning with corporate strategy and business objectives, and achieving KPIs, sales, and growth targets. You will support broader marketing efforts by sharing best practices and providing feedback for continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborating with regional sales teams, you will be the primary marketing leader for EMEA, leveraging data to inform strategy across sales and partner teams, and building strong relationships with sales to ensure alignment.
This role will work with experienced regional Marketing Managers supporting the execution of strategies in key EMEA markets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to regional sales teams, accelerating pipeline and revenue through regional marketing strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee brand awareness, product adoption, and marketing plans to support revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing programs, including demand campaigns, events, webinars, and PR.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Manage a team of 3 regional marketers across key markets.
- Work closely with sales teams to support business goals.
- Manage agencies and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to implement programs.
- Track, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives within budget.

- Proven track record managing B2B marketing across EMEA markets.

- 8+ years in marketing and communications.
