This role will partner closely with the Senior Merchandising Manager and Data Analytics Manager for the categories (including but not limited to tech, travel and accessories) to ensure optimal omni-channel execution and performance.In the Retail Trading space, you’ll use creativity and experience to drive awareness and B2C sales revenue from the Avios engaged audience, primarily from the Avios currency airline partners, including The British Airways Club, Club Iberia Plus, Aer Lingus AerClub and Vueling Club.Managing the design and production of marketing materials for use in owned and 3rd party channels, overseeing briefing content creation requirements to external agencies.* Good communication skills; communicating clearly in writing and in person in both formal and informal environments.Experience of managing a wide variety of marketing channels, ideally within drinks or grocery retail environment.Experience in the using cloud-based marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Klaviyo.Skills in core marketing capabilities (e.g., OOH, Press, CRM, SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliate, Social).Knowledge of e-commerce (e.g., content, SEO, CRO, MVT, Web Analytics).Experience of managing external agencies that are undertaking marketing and PR activities.Highly organised with attention to detail when performing tasks, ability to anticipate and manage problems, with an ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary.* You only want to focus on your to-do list; we’re a small, high-performing team, we help each other to succeed.* You value perfection over fast iteration and progress; IAG Loyalty moves fast, we learn and iterate as we go; our environment isn’t right for everyone.* You’re looking to create but not build; this is an end-to-end role, you need to be comfortable owning your space, from ideation through to delivery and review. #J-18808-Ljbffr
