The Marketing Coordinator will support Cumming Group’s marketing initiatives across events, internal communications, content creation, and digital platforms. This role suits an organised, creative, and collaborative professional who enjoys working across multiple projects and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate marketing activities, including events, internal communications, and social media.Support content creation for LinkedIn, intranet posts, capability statements, and project case studies.Manage logistics and administration for marketing-led events and award submissions.Assist with bid collateral and presentation materials for new client meetings.Track marketing activity using tools such as Asana, providing progress updates and reports.Collaborate with internal stakeholders on content approval and brand consistency.Maintain marketing materials for new acquisitions and company-wide initiatives.Qualifications:1–3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.Strong copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Staffbase).Knowledge of content management and social media best practices (especially LinkedIn).Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.Interest in the built environment and understanding of project and cost management sectors is desirable.Equal OpportunityCumming Group is committed to creating a diverse workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
