You’ll be helping us to grow and engage our audience by executing our marketing strategy. Your focus will be to project manage our marketing initiatives such as case studies, value-led content and paid advertising, and to act as guardian of the website and social channels.The role is majority office-based with the option of two days per week from home. If we feel like a good fit, then we’d love to hear from you.About the roleWorking closely with our marketing lead (Client Partner) and Creative Director, you’ll be developing and posting content, building impact-focused case studies, and supporting with value-led content for nurturing client accounts. The role is ideal for someone looking to develop their writing, design or strategy skills to progress to Marketing & Content Manager as we look to build our marketing department.Role requirements:Proven right to work in the UK.Living within commuting distance to Brighton (or planning to relocate). Having in-person interaction is something we value and believe positively impacts our performance as a team. We support hybrid working, but we will not be accepting applications for fully remote workers.Experience managing social media channels and running campaigns in a B2B capacity.Day-to-day responsibilities:Manage our social media channels (organic and paid), including developing campaigns, posting content and interacting with followers.Manage our website updates from a content and design / build perspective.Document projects and create case studies, managing input from the team.Develop sales enablement content, including pitch decks, insights docs and guides.Skills and qualities for success:Can-do attitude: Proactively offering ideas and solutions.Clear communicator: Able to identify and extract key information and present information clearly.Organised: Comfortable managing tasks and timelines, assessing risks to ensure we deliver to agreed milestones.Adaptable: Adept at switching between tasks and projects with an ability to self-manage priorities.Detail-oriented: Great attention to detail without losing sight of the wider strategy and goals.Technical: Comfortable using a range of tools and able to pick up new software easily.
