The role plays a vital part in day-to-day operations, providing administrative support to help the team meet its campaign schedules. You will work with executives across the business to keep them updated and act as the internal representative for the marketing team. This role carries significant responsibility and is essential for delivering the high objectives we set ourselves.Role SummaryWe have experienced huge growth and change in the last 18 months. Our marketing team is very busy and internal promotions have resulted in a vacancy becoming available. The Marketing Co-ordinator role plays a vital part in our day to day operations. Acting as the solid foundations to our team, you will work to support the marketing team in its varying administrative tasks so we can keep to schedule across our many campaigns. You will work with executives across the business to keep them updated and act as the internal representative for our team. This role is not to be underestimated, and it is a role that comes with a lot of responsibility, without this function the team would really struggle to deliver the high objectives we set ourselves.AttributesWe are looking for candidates who are adaptable, efficient, quick thinking and highly organised. The marketing team must work in complete alignment to achieve success, we will work closely together daily so we chose to work with kind and open-minded characters who are supportive of diversity and equal opportunities. We are often the instigators of internal promotions and therefore tasked with bringing all our teams in the business together, to support campaigns and new projects. Someone who can focus during busy times is essential as we work in a busy and thriving sales office so we are in amongst all the action and can best support those teams. You should possess strong organisational skills and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. While knowledge of the telecoms industry is a plus, it\'s not essential. Being highly organised is crucial in this role. You\'ll take the lead in managing electronic files, proposing more efficient workflows, forward planning, and creating processes that enable a small team to handle large-scale projects. Attention to detail is key, and you should have high standards, ensuring that nothing falls short of expectations. Effective communication is also vital. You\'ll need to engage clearly and concisely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Given that we rely on support from across the business, you should feel comfortable communicating regularly and following up with senior leaders. Proficiency in the full Microsoft suite is essential, as you\'ll use these tools daily and should be able to demonstrate your expertise.
