Key tasks: Day to day management and co-ordination of bids and marketing material Supporting the Ridge North offices with key submission and marketing administration Helping to write and compile bids for tender submissions, co-ordinating with the Marketing Team, Team Assistants, Partners, and Bid Leaders Compiling presentations and brochures including graphical material which is easily decipherable Sharing and gathering office news to communicate internally and externally Helping to maintain our library of model submissions and project case studies Experience and skills required To be considered for this role you should demonstrate / possess / be: Well organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently Experience in the preparation of bids / submissions in the construction industry Strong time and project management skills Working knowledge of social media platforms including creating dynamic and engaging content A high-level of interpersonal skills and a strong can do attitude is essential Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail to include proof-reading documents Excellent communications skills and confidence interacting with managers and external clients Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a vibrant and thriving office Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel IT proficient, InDesign and Open Asset experience would be a plus however training will be provided
