The Marketing Co-ordinator will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of engaging marketing activity that promotes the work of the MND Association. Working closely with colleagues across the charity, the Marketing Co-ordinator will help create, deliver and evaluate marketing plans, ensuring that our activities reach and resonate with diverse audiences. This role will suit someone with strong organisational skills, creativity, and experience of working in a busy marketing environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and co-ordinate a wide range of marketing activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams. Manage schedules, resources and communication channels to facilitate the implementation of marketing plans and initiatives. Support and lead the delivery of audience-focused marketing plans from briefing to completion. Support the creation and distribution of engaging content, including blogs, videos, infographics and stories. Work collaboratively across the Association to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and assess marketing needs Recommend effective ways to share marketing content and reach wider audiences. Conduct market and audience research, analysing data to inform future activity. Work with the Marketing Manager and team to deliver campaigns and strengthen marketing strategy. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials and channels. Support the planning and delivery of fundraising and awareness campaigns. About You: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience of working in a fast-paced marketing team. Creative approach to developing impactful marketing plans. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong team-working skills and confidence building relationships at all levels.
