Support implementation of regional marketing and communications plans Coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns including web, social media, email, and events Liaise with country and office-based MCBD teams to align activities Assist with internal communications related to MCBD initiatives Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports Support high-priority client events (virtual and in-person) Manage logistics including suppliers, venues, and speaker coordination Promote Arup’s award wins and project stories across platforms Maintain campaign and event calendars and sales support materials Conduct desktop research and prepare market trend reports
Qualifications & Experience
Experience of working in a professional/business setting Strong writing and editing skills Experience creating content for social media, websites, and email campaigns Understanding of the built environment and design/engineering sectors Familiarity with CRM systems and platforms like Marketo Membership in a relevant professional body Active in professional networks and industry best practices
