Were working with a leading regional business seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their South West team. Operating within a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with marketing experience ideally within housing, property or construction who enjoys variety, thrives on delivering high-quality campaigns, and can confidently manage multiple projects.
Youll support both sales and marketing functions, working closely with senior leadership, field-based teams, and external agencies. This role would suit someone who enjoys combining digital marketing, content creation, and brand coordination with hands-on campaign delivery across multiple platforms and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate regional marketing activity across digital, social media, PR, email, and print
Create engaging content and act as regional lead for social media, aligned with brand standards
Maintain website and portal listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Work with external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders to support campaign delivery
Analyse website and campaign performance, identifying recommendations for improvement
Produce regular reports for leadership including marketing metrics, budgets, and lead generation activity
Support site launches, community engagement initiatives, and local events
Liaise with Sales Managers to provide marketing support and best practice guidance
Maintain accurate data records and uphold GDPR compliance
Were Looking For:
Experience in a marketing or sales coordination role (property sector advantageous but not essential)
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Creative thinker with a keen eye for brand consistency
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external suppliers
Full driving licence and willingness to travel regionally on occasion
