OverviewA media organization is seeking a Marketing Consultant to lead the definition, design, and implementation of a harmonized global customer journey. Sitting within our Marketing Effectiveness function, this role will be a key enabler of our omni-channel transformation strategy, ensuring that both visitors and exhibitors enjoy a consistent, data-driven, and customer-centric experience.The successful candidate will own the end-to-end customer journey framework across our global footprint—driving alignment, enhancing marketing ROI, and improving retention and lifetime value.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the global customer journey framework to harmonize marketing practices across markets and business units.Identify and define “moments that matter” for visitors and exhibitors, ensuring consistent experiences and messaging.Partner with global and regional marketing teams to embed journey-led thinking into campaign design and execution.Build clear data journey architecture to support actionable insights and advanced analytics.Define how customer journey touchpoints connect to KPIs, including brand equity, visitor value, and exhibitor revenue.Identify churn and conversion drop-off points; design win-back strategies and retention programs.Marketing Effectiveness & MeasurementEstablish consistent global KPIs to measure customer experience, CLTV, and marketing effectiveness.Ensure omni-channel campaigns are audience-led, based on customer needs and lifecycle stages.Align marketing metrics to demonstrate tangible impact on revenue, retention, and growth.This is a great opportunity to join a global media company during an exciting period of growth!Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionMarketingIndustries: Technology, Information and Media and Broadcast Media Production and Distribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
