The priceless pieces they create are packaged and presented immaculately at our London workshops, before being promptly delivered to our clients based all over the world.About the RoleAbout the Role As part of a small team of three, this role focuses on communications across website, PR, social media, email marketing, and partnerships. You’ll need to be flexible and occasionally support wider marketing functions. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident in writing copy, enjoys working with clients, and has proven experience managing content for premium or luxury brands. Assist with offsite SEO content production.Social Media: Plan content with the Head of Marketing, brief designers, manage content capture, and coordinate collaborations. Manage the calendar and execute plans with support from the Marketing Executive.Email Marketing: Plan and create Mailchimp campaigns, working with the Sales Team and CRM team to build targeted lists and track performance.PartnershipsDay-to-day management of marketing collaborations with partners and clients, supporting the Head of Marketing.BrandingEnsure brand consistency across all communications.Creative ContentSupport the design team with copy for sales decks, and co-ordinate the production of white papers.Produce simple graphics for marketing projects, using pre-made templates in adobe software.Write scripts and plan video/photography shoots for marketing campaigns.Create simple short video content for social media, with the support of the Marketing Executive.Analytics & ReportingMonitor and share insights from social media and email performance.Provide updates in regular strategy meetings.Sales & Events SupportShare weekly updates on new marketing content with Sales Team and wider team.Support at events (including overseas) and help plan company-hosted events.Other DutiesAssist the Head of Marketing with projects linked to business KPIs.Support the HR Manager with internal communications to staff.Collaborate with the Marketing Executive on website and cross-over projects.QualificationsEssential2-3+ years’ experience in content marketing or a similar creative marketing roleProven success in managing content calendars and overseeing global content productionExceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editing skillsAbility to define and execute organic media and PR strategiesPassion for sport, and craft and a keen eye for trends amongst relevant audiencesExcellent project management, organisation, and multitasking skillsCreative, innovative, and collaborative, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsExperience using email marketing software (e.g. MailChimp)DesirableA degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related fieldsExperience working in marketing for a business-to-business (B2B) companyExperience leveraging the usefulness of AI (ChatGPT/Copilot etc) for a luxury/premium brand.Competency in producing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or another graphic design product.Hands-on experience producing video and multimedia content.Required SkillsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.Calm under pressure and naturally diplomatic.A confident communicator who is both articulate and commercially minded.Deeply collaborative, thriving within a tight-knit and talented team, and able to build strong working relationships across departments.Brand-minded and culturally aware, with an instinctive understanding of luxury positioning and tone of voice.Driven by intelligent curiosity about craftsmanship, sport and design, eager to learn and tell meaningful stories about our work.Emotionally intelligent, with the self-awareness and sensitivity to work effectively with a wide range of personalities.BenefitsCompany bonus schemePrivate healthcareAuto-enrolment pension schemeSalary sacrifice electric vehicle leasing schemeHybrid working
