Marketing & Communications Manager, Ross-on-Wye

Building Solutions division of an international polymer manufacturer is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager based in Ross-on-Wye. This global company operates nearly 200 locations worldwide, supplying industries such as construction, industrial, and automotive.

The Role:

You will be part of a marketing team of 12-13 people, responsible for executing marketing activities aligned with company goals and strategies. Your duties include:

• Understanding marketing communication needs for the division
• Managing three product ranges: District Heating, Underfloor Heating, Plumbing
• Campaign planning, activation, KPI setting, and monitoring
• Managing media strategy with key stakeholders
• Coordinating marketing materials for global campaigns
• Overseeing email, content management, website, and social media strategies
• Planning and executing external events and trade shows
• Working with agencies on literature, videos, etc.
• Providing trade marketing support to division customers
• Supporting Public Relations strategies
• Analyzing market research insights for strategy development
• Engaging with sales teams
• Managing marketing budgets
• Occasional travel (approx. 2 days/month)

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in marketing or related field (preferred)
• Significant experience in a similar marketing role
• B2B marketing expertise is essential
• Experience in the B2B industrial sector is a plus
• Video production and agency management skills
• Strong digital marketing knowledge
• Interest in sustainability
• Strategic and hands-on approach
• Excellent influencing skills with senior stakeholders

Benefits:

• Salary: £30,000 - £44,976 (depending on experience)
