The Marketing & Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in executing integrated marketing and communication programmes that drive profitable revenue growth, build Willis Re’s market profile, and strengthen employee engagement. This individual will ensure the firm’s brand and client experience are consistently represented across all marketing-led channels and touchpoints.ResponsibilitiesTranslating business priorities into high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns.Partnering with business leaders and client teams to generate qualified leads, accelerate opportunities, and deliver measurable ROI.Driving marketing ownership of client-facing channels: campaign automation, CRM-driven marketing, paid digital, and event marketing.Supporting brand activations at flagship industry events such as RVS Monte Carlo, Baden-Baden, APCIA, and other global reinsurance conferences.Coordinating across functions (Corporate Communications, Digital, Events, HR, Legal, Compliance) to ensure aligned outcomes.About YouDesign and deliver integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth and demonstrate clear ROI.Own campaign-related use of CRM, email marketing, client webinars, microsites, and paid social/digital campaigns.Plan and execute commercial brand activations (sponsorships, client dinners, thought leadership launches, sales enablement tools).Partner with Events and Corporate Communications to amplify Willis Re’s presence before, during and after major industry events.Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective, high-quality marketing assets and activations.Support employee-facing communications linked to campaigns and brand alignment (e.g. toolkits, campaign launches).Track performance of campaigns and activations; report on metrics such as engagement, lead quality, and conversion.Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand guidelines in tone, look-and-feel, and messaging.About Willis ReWe combine specialist broking with analytics, modeling and research to help insurers optimize risk transfer, strengthen balance sheets and achieve sustainable growth.
