We provide rigorous support and global LP access to help founders solve hard problems.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on marketing communication person to drive our high-impact PR, events, community and content efforts—building awareness, generating deal flow and strengthening LP relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social NetworksResearch and write blog posts or industry updates in LinkedIn, our website, Reddit and other relevant mediaProduce case studies based on the fund’s successful investmentsWork with the partners and associates on regular throught leadership pieces around our investment thesisAdapt content for social networks and oversee newsletter productionSupport occasional targeted promotions to amplify key announcementsPR & Media RelationsDraft and distribute press releases, op-eds and story pitchesMaintain and expand a targeted media contact listSecure placements in top-tier and niche outlets; manage relationships with editorsEvents & CommunityPlan and run offline and online events, virtual roundtables, demo-days, campus hackathons etcCoordinate logistics: invites, platform setup, speaker liaison and attendee follow-upCultivate partnerships with universities, corporate R&D units and industry groupsReporting & OperationsMaintain a shared content calendar and asset libraryTrack and report on event attendance, media mentions, web traffic and lead metricsQualifications3+ years in B2B marketing, communications or startup/VC marketingStrong writing, editing and research abilitiesExperience managing events, community programs or PR campaignsComfortable with basic social-network tools and email platformsHighly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple projectsNice-to-HavesBackground in VC, accelerator or tech startupsBasic design or video-editing skillsSTEM education or genuine interest in emerging technologiesWhat We OfferWork in one of the best VCs in the world in deep tech and software spaceCollaborative, mission-driven team and exposure to cutting-edge foundersDirect impact on brand visibility, deal flow and fund growthRemote work within European time zoneCompetitive full-time salary and benefitsCreate a Job AlertInterested in building your career at Constructor Knowledge?
