Execute Global Email Campaigns:Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns for clients across multiple regions and industries, ensuring all communications are on-brand, compliant, and performance-driven.
Manage Campaign Performance:Oversee the day-to-day delivery of email marketing activity, focusing on key metrics such as deliverability, CTR, and conversions to drive measurable ROI for clients.
Monitor Domains and Deliverability:Stay up to date with best practices for domain reputation, IP warming, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inbox placement to ensure maximum deliverability and campaign success.
Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with internal design, strategy, and client success teams to create cohesive campaigns that align with wider marketing and business objectives.
Create and Optimise Campaign Flows:Build and manage automated email sequences, nurture campaigns, and triggered workflows across platforms such as Smartlead, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo.
Support Strategy Development:Contribute to the development of data-driven campaign strategies that integrate with paid, social, and content marketing efforts.
Ensure Data Accuracy and Compliance:Maintain accurate contact lists and segmentation while ensuring GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regional email compliance standards are met.
Report and Analyse Results:Produce regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive Continuous Improvement:Stay current with emerging trends in email marketing, automation technology, and deliverability management to maintain ORRJO’s reputation for cutting-edge campaigns.
