Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role will have a strong focus on the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and events. The role will provide plenty of opportunity for the development of new skills and career progression. Most importantly, you will share a passion for marketing and the technology sector and be excited about being an ambassador for our brand—upholding our values and representing the business with enthusiasm and professionalism.Key responsibilitiesMarketing campaigns: Organise and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital, and print).Event Management: Organise, execute and ensure post-event follow up for a variety of events including training days, business briefings, and industry conferences.Social media: Develop and implement social media plans, creating content and engaging with followers.Content creation: Develop and curate engaging content supporting marketing and sales team efforts, including blogs, newsletters and presentations.Brand management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Website management: Update and maintain website content using CMS tools.CRM Management: Maintain marketing databases to support targeted campaigns.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Qualifications and experienceMinimum 3 years’ marketing experience ideally gained within the technology sector.Prior experience delivering multi-channel campaigns and planning events is essential.Strong copywriting and communication skills.Highly organised, confident and self-motivated.Knowledge of data centre, cloud or digital workspace technologies would be a distinct advantage.Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) would be advantageous.Benefits of working at XtravirtRewarding salary commensurate with experience.25 days’ leave plus public holidays.Private healthcare – includes wellbeing and EAP.Pension and death in service insurance.Company and social events.Employee recognition and reward.Discounted retail, travel, and entertainment.Take the next stepApply by completing the form below including your CV and covering letter, alternatively, for job enquiries please email careers@xtravirt.com .Receive updates from the Xtravirt team, including information on new technologies and the expert analysis of cloud trends and strategies you should know about.
