Were working on behalf of a leading communications provider to recruit a Campaign Manager role. This role would be a good match for someone who has already gained some experience as a Campaign Executive, Marketing Officer or a Marketing Account Executive where they utilised a campaign driven approach.
What youll be doing
The Campaign Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. A rolling three-month campaign calendar will be maintained, targeting key sectors and aligning with strategic marketing and sales objectives. Campaigns will be developed using creative content and compelling copy, distributed via digital platforms including websites, blogs and email. HubSpot CRM will be used to track performance, analyse data and optimise campaigns in real time through A/B testing and other techniques. Collaboration with business development teams will be essential, providing campaign data, qualified leads, and sales collateral. Participation in sector working groups for Health, Local Government and Finance will help shape messaging and marketing activity tailored to each audience. Monthly reports will be produced to evaluate campaign performance and contribute to board-level marketing updates. All marketing activity will be managed in compliance with GDPR and internal data protection policies.
What experience youll need to apply Proven experience in marketing campaign planning and execution. Strong communication and project management skills. This Campaign Manager role offers a salary of £28-32k DOE and a comprehensive benefits package.
